Crosby Training was formed in 1993 and is Prime Contractor to Jobcentre Plus programmes on Merseyside and the North West. Our programmes are designed to help unemployed people to gain job search skills, vocational qualifications, and increase their levels of confidence and motivation
Our services also extend to local business and the communitywhere we assist local employers with training, recrutiment or redundancy services.
The organisation adapts a flexible approach to a rapidly changing labour market forging strong links with employers including the use of our Mobile Training Units to provide bespoke training and pre-recruitment packages to address skill shortages.
Our most recent pre-recruitment ventures have been with Liverpool 1, Marks & Spencer’s, O2 Uk Ltd, Strategic Health Authorities, Merseyside Police, Ladbrokes, Granada and the BBC.
