Crosby Training was formed in 1993 and has been a successful and key provider to delivering training and skills on behalf of Jobcentre Plus, The Skills Funding Agency and other agencies throughout Merseyside and the North West in that time. Our services extend to local business and the community as well where we assist both local and national employers with skills training, qualifications, recruitment or redundancy response services.
The training programmes we offer are always relevant and designed to help people to gain Employability and Personal Development skills, retrain with vocational qualifications and enhance skills which allow progression in the workplace.
As an organisation we adopt a flexible approach to a rapidly changing labour market by forging strong links with employers (including the use of our Mobile Training Units) to provide bespoke training and pre-recruitment packages to address skill shortages.
Our pre-recruitment initiatives have seen us partner with key brands including: Ladbrokes Retail, O2 Uk Ltd, Strategic Health Authorities, Facilit8 UK, Jardine Motor Group, Renault UK Ltd, Heatons, Granada, Tesco, Radisson Hotels and the BBC.
