What are the requirements on my business?
To provide a placement to an Apprentice is very rewarding opportunity for a business, it shows commitment to staff development while providing new thinking and skills to the workforce; for these rewards the business is simply required to allow the Apprentice to regularly attend training sessions at our centre until they achieve their qualification. Travel expenses are typically paid for by Crosby Training, and the candidate may be entitled to an Education Maintenance Allowance.
