Inspire is a two week course specially designed to increase motivation for lone parents and to move you closer to work. The course includes certificated training which will help expand your skills.

The course will also help to boost your confidence through salon treatments, pampering sessions and image make-overs. Help and advice is on hand from experienced and friendly staff who will help you to realise your future goals and potential which could include:

Re-training
Finding the job that’s right for you and your family
There will be opportunities throughout the 2 weeks to talk to and find work with understanding employers, both local and national who will visit the programme to give information and advice on recruitment. We will also help develop your personal skills including:
Money Management
Workplace ethics
Team building event
How to cook healthily for you and your family on a budget
Inspire customers may be eligible for further training and incentives e.g. additional certificated short courses, training packages and free provisional driving licences. Our ‘Fast Track’ programme offers all of this and much more and is available to customers completing the Inspire course.
